Yes. Especially with COVID-19, TGLOW is very cautious when formulating, sanitizing & packaging. Tesora Glow products are produced in a clear & sanitized area. Materials are throughly cleaned before & after each product is made. The CEO is vaccinated & follows COVID-19 measures.

Processing time is 1-3 days, but shipping times can vary. In the United States, shipping can range from 1-6 days & international can take 1-3 weeks. International shipping is expensive & order weeks in advance before you need your order so you can recieve it on time. PLEASE NOTE: Tesora Glow is NOT responsible for incorrect addresses! Double check your address before purchasing!

TGLOW makes sure to carefully package orders to prevent damage. If products do arrive damaged, please email tesoraglow@gmail.com with photos of the damaged package, email & name the order was placed under, along with the order number. Once all of that has been sent, a refund & custom discount code will be sent!
